As the name of this game suggests, it is a Blackjack game in with the late surrender rule applies.
The game is played in the same way as Vegas Strip Blackjack and makes use of six decks of 52 playing cards in a shoe. The shoe is shuffled before a new hand begins and the dealer is forced to stand on a soft 17.
At any point in this game, if the player feels that the dealer is bound to win, they may surrender their hand. Payment for the option to surrender is half the original wager and this obviously saves the player from losing the entire bet. It is a good game to play if you like to grind out a profit playing blackjack, as you don’t lose the entire wager. Basic Playtech strategy charts may be used in this game as the only rule that is different is the surrender rule.
The minimum bet is $/Euro/GBP 1, while the maximum wager is $/Euro/GBP 500 and you may also split any pair. There are not options to re-split and if a pair of Aces is split, only one additional card may be dealt to each hand.
Doubling down takes place on the first two cards if they total amounts of 9, 10 or 11 and this wager must be the same as the original bet. After the split you may still double down but this bet may not be placed on a Blackjack. Double down hands receive only one additional card and the normal insurance rules apply with payment of 2:1.
